Dancing! What a great way to get out, get moving, and have some real fun! Who doesn’t want to be able to glide across a ballroom floor like those celebs on television? You too can be the ‘belle of the ball’ at the next wedding reception, office party, or even when you are just out on the town for an evening!!

Greg and Kerilei opened Foothills Dance this past summer with the dancing student in mind. So, they offer affordable dance lessons; Friday Night Dance Party open to anyone; a place to come and practice; or just have a cup of coffee and chat with the instructors. Jana, the Director of Operations, told me that the instructors at Foothills Dance have over 25 years combined experience in Ballroom dance instruction and can teach you traditional Ballroom, sexy Salsa, cool Swing, and everything in between!!

Bring a partner or come alone…during your private lessons you will be dancing with your instructor and during group lessons the steps are taught individually. Secured shoes (no flip flops or mules) and comfortable clothing is all that is required!

Foothills Dance also has cardio dance classes Monday through Friday at noon (while the kids are at school or on your lunch break), and Monday evenings at 6:00 pm. What a great way to learn some Latin dance steps and get a great cardio workout at the same time. (Tennis shoes and workout clothes are required.)

The Friday Night Dance Party is open to everyone and is free to Studio members or a $5.00 cover for non-members. It begins at 7:00 pm with an hour of dance instruction focused on a different dance each week. Then at 8:00 pm the open social dancing begins! During the evening you will enjoy all your favorite dances and be able to perfect the dance steps you learned at the beginning of the evening.
