This gym offers free weights as well as machine weights. A cardio deck; which includes, treadmills, Precore elliptical machine, bicycles, and a stretching area. As a bonus to cardio, you can join boxing and kick boxing for men, women, and children. They also have in-house television sets, which you can listen to on your personal headset or you can tune in to your favorite radio station.

In addition, to the gym’s diversity, they also offer a customized program to help speed up your weight loss, of up to 15 or 20 pounds, though training, supplemental suggestions and food balancing education. Coming soon, martial arts, call us for info.
