This is the coolest practical and fun idea for working people. Come into TJ & Carolyn’s kitchen spend two hours and make 12 meals. No messy kitchen to clean up, no pots and pans to scour, no spices to buy (and then throw away because you couldn’t use them up fast enough), no wasted food (you know how we buy too many vegetables that end up in the trash).

TJ & Carolyn (what a great mom & daughter team) and their children and grandchildren all help out. TJ said, “we use a fabulous local butcher for all our meat and poultry products. We follow all the Arizona health food guidelines and regulations but, more than that, we have 3 grandmas and a mom supervising our kitchen. It is spotless.”

As Carolyn says, “it’s a dinner a’fare and a family affair. It is so important to us that families are eating dinner together and with healthy food, not junk food. We can, provide the food and if the family provides the love and labor- people can eat quality food for not much more than fast food.”

The team at Dinner A’Fare will pre-slice, dice, and chop everything for your meals! Then take them home, put them in your freezer, and cook (following provided instructions) the dishes according to your schedule. They provide a menu with a variety of flavors. Each month the available dishes change. Carolyn said, “our dishes and monthly combinations are developed with nutrition, high-quality food, and variety in mind.”

During your two-hour session, you'll assemble 12 family-sized, healthy and delicious entrees to take home and place in your freezer. The meats are portion-controlled, but you can alter the recipes somewhat to fit your tastes, for example, love garlic? Toss in an extra spoonful! Not a fan of green peppers? Leave them out!

How about a little productive social time? Gather your friends together (you can even bring your own wine) laugh, talk and when the evening is over you will take home wonderful meals for your family.

Christina from our ‘Darn Good Deal’ team took her husband and two children and went to their monthly tasting. I tell no lie, she said the food was wonderful, every one liked it and even her picky girl said it was good (you don’t know what a compliment that was).
