Oh my gosh are these Onion Rings fantastic! The batter is light and the seasoning is slightly sweet – no bitter after taste. I am a big fan of onion rings but I have a sister who is an even bigger fan. She looks for great onion rings all over the place. So the first thing I thought of was to buy an order for her to see if she confirmed what I thought. Sure enough, she did! She said, “I think these are the best onion rings I have ever had!” Believe me, this is High Praise!

Dillon’s signature dish is their BBQ and especially their St. Louis Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs and Beef Ribs. I took home large containers of Chicken and Pork; both were tender and flavorful. So very good, in fact, that by the time I got home from work the next day, all had been eaten! So next time you stop in for lunch or dinner be sure to use their take out menu for great food at home.

I had a Salmon Salad (see the picture insert) and it was really the best one I have had in years! The salmon was so flavorful and their homemade Balsamic Dressing can not be beat.
