Our Caregivers
At Valley of the Sun Homecare, we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff of experienced, compassionate caregivers. We go above and beyond the industry standard to select and hire only those caregivers we could trust to take care of our own loved ones.
Every one of our caregivers has completed a rigorous interview process, which includes a caregiver knowledge test, a criminal background check, a motor vehicle report, and random drug testing. Additionally, our caregivers are certified in First Aid and CPR, enrolled in our continuous-education program, and bonded and covered by our professional liability and auto insurance policy.

The Right Match
While it’s important to have a caregiver you trust, it’s also important to have a caregiver who is compatible with your loved one.
Our service begins with a free In-Home Assessment to personally match you with a caregiver best suited to your unique situation. During the assessment, our care coordinator will learn about your loved one’s condition and then match you with an experienced caregiver who best suits your loved one’s personality and physical needs. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your match we will happily make the necessary changes.
In everything we do – from our extensive hiring process to our in-home assessments – our goal is to bring you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is comfortable, happy and receiving exceptional, compassionate care.

Our caregivers are available any time – day or night – seven days a week. Whether you need us for just a few hours each week, or 24 hours per day, we will accommodate your schedule to provide the care you need.
