I think the way that I can best sum up how wonderfully talented and patient the groomers are is to tell you about my experience as I was trying to take a picture of dogs and cats together. The groomers were so calm and spoke so gently to the amimals, that gave them the reassurance to know they were safe. As you can see the picture turned out wonderful.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again. I like a pet grooming salon where the grooming is done out front where I can see what happening. Linda, the owner of this salon knows how important that is to pet owners and says she wouldn’t have it any other way. Another thing I learned is that every groomer in her shop, is a pet owner. I like that that! You will also find that Linda is always in the shop, grooming, chatting or just double checking on things. I like that too!

During the bath your pet is treated to a full body massage where they check for lumps, bumps, bugs and any irregularities, and report this to the owner. Along with the hand massage shampooing and conditioning, they also use the Hydro Surge or Prima bathing system, which sprays a jet of soapy water with a relaxing massaging action onto your pet's body.
