Rod and Joan Ward have been in business for 22 years and have 3 locations. This location is also their dog grooming school. Joan works exclusively at this location and the groomers are always under her constant supervision.

The environment is peaceful and calm and the grooming stations are out in front so that, if you choose to keep an eye on your little one AS they are being groomed. I saw how well the groomers treated each of their ‘customers’ as they played with, talked to, and petted each of them.

For pet grooming they have a unique deep-cleaning spa that adjusts the spray - depending on the type of coat. Again, because all coats are different, they use different types of soap. Some may need aloe, others may need oatmeal soap. Also, with white haired dogs, they use a bluing agent, to keep the coat white. The dogs are then blown dry, nails clipped, ears cleaned, cut and topped off with a bow. Talk about pampering!!
